What is the difference between the IPL device and the LED Mask?
The IPL Hair Removal Device uses Intense Pulsed Light to permanently reduce unwanted hair. The LED Therapy Mask uses multi-spectrum light (red, blue, yellow, green) to rejuvenate skin, reduce acne, and boost collagen. They target different concerns and work great together as a complete beauty routine.
Is IPL safe for dark or sensitive skin?
Our IPL device works best on Fitzpatrick skin tones I–V. For very dark skin (Type VI), results may vary. The LED Mask is safe for all skin types — no UV light, no heat damage. When in doubt, consult your dermatologist.
Is it painful to use?
Not at all. The IPL device features built-in IceGlow cooling technology that soothes your skin as it works — most customers feel just a gentle chill. The LED Mask is completely pain-free and non-invasive.
What is the difference between IPL and laser hair removal?
IPL uses broad-spectrum light to target hair follicles — it's gentler, covers larger areas, and is safe for home use. Professional laser is more intense and requires a clinic visit. Our IPL gives similar long-term results at a fraction of the cost.

How long before I see results?
For IPL: most customers see noticeable hair reduction after 3–4 weeks of consistent use (2x per week). For the LED Mask: skin looks brighter after the first few sessions, with significant improvement in 4–8 weeks.
How long do results last?
IPL results are long-lasting — most customers do monthly maintenance sessions after the initial 8-week program. LED Mask results improve over time with consistent use 3–5x per week.
Can I use both devices together?
Absolutely! Many customers use the IPL device for hair removal and the LED Mask for skin rejuvenation — they complement each other perfectly for a complete at-home beauty routine.
How do I use the LED Mask?
1. Cleanse and dry your face. 2. Select your LED mode. 3. Wear for 10 minutes — the mask shuts off automatically. Use 3–5 times per week for best results.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all US orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order will be processed and shipped. Contact us immediately at lumeglow14@gmail.com if you need to cancel.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Contact us at lumeglow14@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — both devices come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. If anything goes wrong, email us at lumeglow14@gmail.com and we'll replace it.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the damaged item. We will offer a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
